We will continue to bulk bill children under the age of 16, Aged Pension Card Holders, and DVA Gold card patients. Full Medicare rebates apply to chronic disease management care plans and health assessments. Health Care Card Holders and Non Aged Pension card holders will be offered a discounted rate.
